How long do I have to make a price check claim?

Twenty-four hours from the time of your original booking. That window exists because parking prices move constantly at Birmingham — a rate found three days later is a different rate, not a cheaper version of the one you booked.

What counts as the same product?

The same car park operator, the same service type, the same airport, and the same dates and times. A park and ride compound two miles away at a lower price is a different product, not a cheaper one, so it does not qualify.

What do I need to send you?

Your booking reference, the competitor page URL where you saw the lower price, and a clear screenshot showing the total price, dates, times and car park name. Without the screenshot we cannot verify a price that may have changed by the time we look.

Are promo code prices included?

No. A price reached with a voucher, a loyalty scheme, a members-only club, or a staff or corporate rate is excluded, as are package deals that bundle parking with a hotel or flight. The comparison has to be like for like on a publicly bookable rate.

How long does a claim take?

Most are resolved within a few working days. We verify the competitor price ourselves, so the clearer the screenshot and URL you send, the faster it goes.

What Qualifies for a Price Match

Five conditions, stated plainly. A claim that meets all five is paid; one that does not is not, and we would rather you knew which before you spend time on it.

The competitor's price must be for the exact same car park operator, service type (meet & greet or park & ride), airport, and identical dates and times.

The lower price must be publicly available, bookable online, and fully verifiable at the time we check it.

Within 24 hours
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of your original booking time.

No members-only rates
Loyalty schemes, members-only clubs, staff or corporate rates, package deals (hotel or flight plus parking), and prices using promo codes or vouchers are excluded.

Pre-paid price only
Comparisons are on the final pre-paid price for the parking itself, excluding credit card fees, insurance and cancellation charges.
