Departure Procedure:

Please ring our 24 Hours Control room number 30 minutes before arriving at the Airport When you arrive at Birmingham International Airport, stay in the right-hand lane and follow it all the way to Valet Parking customers only. Go through the barrier and collect a ticket to hand to our Chauffeur. Park your vehicle in our designated bays and a uniformed Chauffeur with ID will be there to collect your vehicle (If you are going to arrive outside the time arranged, please give the Car Park as much notice as possible

Important:

• Please hand over only the ignition key and any required security fobs.
• Remove all valuables from your vehicle.
• Failure to provide US 30 MINUTES notice may result in a delay and additional parking charges.

Drop-Off/Departure Procedure:

Please call 07845415761 when you are 30 minutes away from the airport. As you arrive at the airport, please follow the signs for “Valet Parking”. Stay in the right-hand lane and follow it all the way to Valet Parking customers only. Go through the barrier and collect a ticket to hand to our Chauffeur. Park your vehicle our designated Parking bays and a uniformed Chauffeur with ID will be there to collect your vehicle.

Collection/Arrival Procedure:

After collecting all luggage and clearing Customs, call 07845415761. As you exit the Terminal building, follow the signs to Valet Parking (where you dropped the car off)

Additional Information

• Early/Late Drop-Off: Minimum 2–3 hours' notice required.
• Early/Late Return: Minimum 24 hours' notice required.
• Additional Days: £20 per day.
